Shipping

Issue No. 001 ships within the United States. Every piece is printed to order and leaves the House within two to five business days of purchase, and you receive tracking the moment yours is on its way. Shipping costs and estimated delivery appear at checkout before you pay.

Returns and exchanges

If a piece is not right, return it unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund to your original payment method. Contact the House with your order number to begin a return; we will send instructions and a return address.

Refunds are issued within ten business days of the return reaching us. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is paid by you, unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect pieces

If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact the House within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Limited allocations

Each Issue is produced in limited numbers. An exchange depends on your size remaining in the allocation; if it is gone, we will refund you instead.
